This page explains how to request deletion of your TikAgencies creator app account and the personal data associated with it. TikAgencies is operated by Crush Live Agency LLC. You do not need to sign in to read this page or to send a request.
1. How to request deletion
The easiest way to request deletion is in the TikAgencies creator app:
- Open the TikAgencies creator app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and what is kept, optionally tell us why, and confirm.
Your request goes to your agency and to TikAgencies. You can cancel it in the app until it has been carried out. Your app keeps working until your agency processes the request.
If you can no longer sign in, you can also use either of these methods:
- Email us at team@crushliveagency.com with the subject Account deletion request. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the TikAgencies creator app if you can, and include your TikTok username and the name of your agency.
- Ask your agency. Your agency's owner or admin can unlink your app account and permanently delete your creator record in TikAgencies.
We will confirm when your request is complete. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
2. Verifying your request
Before we delete anything, we may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. For example, we may ask you to reply from the email address on your account, or confirm your details with the agency that manages your creator record. We will never ask for your password.
Your creator record is managed by your agency, so we coordinate the deletion with your agency.
3. What is deleted
- App access: your sign-in sessions and app tokens are revoked, and your app account is unlinked from your agency.
- Devices: the devices registered for push notifications are removed.
- Your app login: it is disabled and anonymized (email replaced, password removed, name and phone cleared). If you also use the same login with another agency or as agency staff, it is kept for that other use.
- Personal profile identifiers: your name, TikTok username, TikTok ID, email, phone and profile photo are removed from your creator record, and your name is replaced with "Deleted creator".
- Personal content: your chat messages and attachments, in-app notifications, and group posts and memberships.
- Files uploaded by you or for you, such as your profile photo, chat attachments, battle photos and flyers, and reward proofs.
4. What may be kept, and why
Some records are kept, with your identity removed, because deleting them would change past business records. They include:
- payout, bonus and referral payment history (accounting);
- historical agency performance figures, such as diamonds, live hours and roster counts;
- the history of battles, promotions, rewards, events and onboarding;
- audit records of account changes (security, fraud prevention and compliance);
- anything we must keep to meet legal obligations.
In these records, identifying values are replaced with "Deleted creator" or removed. Dates, statuses, figures and amounts stay, so past reports do not change. We keep these records only as long as they are needed for these purposes.
Public TikTok LIVE profile information that is shown to all agencies (such as public usernames and LIVE rankings) is not data your agency collected about you, and it is not changed by an account deletion.
5. Retention periods
- Account access, login and profile identifiers are removed when the deletion is carried out.
- Uploaded files (photos, attachments and proofs) are permanently deleted 30 days after the deletion. This is a recovery window.
- Uploaded TikTok export spreadsheets list many creators and cannot be edited for one person. They are deleted 90 days after they were uploaded. The figures taken from them are kept, anonymized as described above.
- Encrypted backups are used only for disaster recovery and expire automatically: daily copies after 14 days, weekly copies after 8 weeks and monthly copies after 12 months. Deleted data leaves the backups as they expire.
