This Privacy Policy explains how Crush Live Agency LLC, which operates TikAgencies ("we", "us"), handles information when agencies, agency staff and creators use the TikAgencies platform: the agency workspaces at tikagencies.com, the TikAgencies creator mobile app, and our website (together, the "Service").
1. Who this policy covers
- Agencies that use the Service to manage their creators, and their staff (owners, admins, managers and team leaders).
- Creators whose agency added them to the Service, including creators who use the creator app.
- Visitors to our website.
Each agency decides what information about its staff and creators it enters into the Service and how it uses it. We process that information on the agency's behalf to provide the Service. If you are a creator or staff member, your agency is your first point of contact for questions about how it uses your information.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, TikTok usernames and IDs, and profile photos.
- Account credentials: passwords (stored only as secure one-way hashes), sign-in sessions and app tokens.
- Agency membership: which agency you belong to, your role and permissions, and which creators you work with.
- Onboarding data: information agencies record about prospective creators they are onboarding.
- Performance and statistical data: TikTok LIVE figures such as diamonds and live hours that agencies upload, and the rankings, rewards and payout calculations derived from them.
- Recruiting information: for agencies that use TikAgencies Recruiting: public TikTok LIVE information about creators (such as usernames, TikTok user IDs, profile names and photos, follower counts, LIVE status and rankings) that we obtain from a third-party TikTok LIVE data provider; the eligibility results the agency's own LIVE Backstage account returns for creators it checks, through the agency's TikAgencies Agent for Windows and Browser Bridge (see the Browser Bridge Privacy Policy); and the notes, assignments and pipeline status the agency's staff record about prospects.
- TikAgencies Agent information: for PCs running the TikAgencies Agent for Windows: the PC name the agency chooses, app and browser versions, Windows version, and connection and health status. The Agent never sends TikTok passwords or session cookies.
- Messages and uploaded media: chat messages between creators and their agency, and the photos, videos and files that users upload.
- Device and app information: push notification tokens, app version, and technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, collected in server logs for security and reliability.
- Other operational data needed to run the Service, such as requests, events, promotions and audit records of account changes.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service for agencies, staff and creators.
- To create and secure accounts, including sign-in, access control and account recovery.
- To deliver messages and notifications within the Service.
- To calculate the statistics, rankings, rewards and payouts an agency configures.
- To help an agency find, check and follow up with TikTok LIVE creators it may recruit (TikAgencies Recruiting).
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure and reliable.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How information is shared
- Within your agency: staff of your agency can see information according to the roles and permissions the agency sets. Information is never visible to other agencies.
- Service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting and storage providers; Apple and Google push notification services (through Expo) to deliver app notifications (notifications do not include message text); and our TikTok LIVE data provider, to which we send TikTok usernames to look up public LIVE status and rankings for Recruiting.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public or the Service.
- Business transfers: if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Retention
We keep information while the agency's account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service. Agencies can remove creators, staff and content. Uploaded TikTok export files are deleted 90 days after upload (the figures taken from them are kept). Backups are kept for a limited period and then deleted. We may keep some information longer where the law requires it.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords as one-way hashes, keep each agency's data separate, and limit access by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You can review and update your profile in the Service. To access, correct or delete your information, contact your agency, or contact us at team@crushliveagency.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will respond to requests as that law requires.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its effective date.
