The TikAgencies Browser Bridge (the "Bridge") is a Microsoft Edge extension published by Crush Live Agency LLC, the operator of TikAgencies (tikagencies.com). It works only together with the TikAgencies Agent for Windows, which a TikTok LIVE creator agency installs on its own PC. This policy explains what the Bridge accesses and where that information goes.
1. What the Bridge does
TikAgencies helps agencies find TikTok LIVE creators they may invite. Inside the agency's own, logged-in LIVE Backstage page (live-backstage.tiktok.com), the Bridge runs Backstage's read-only creator eligibility check for the TikTok usernames the TikAgencies Agent asks about. It hands Backstage's answer back to the Agent. The Bridge never sends invitations, never clicks, types or submits anything in the page, and never runs on any other website.
2. Information the Bridge accesses
Only on live-backstage.tiktok.com, in the dedicated Edge profile the TikAgencies Agent created for it:
- The page's market and login state: the market label shown in Backstage's top bar, the market setting the page keeps in its own storage, the value of Backstage's routing cookie (
tcn-target-idc, a market code such as "alisg" or "usttp"), and whether the page is the Backstage login page. These confirm which Backstage market the page is in before and after every check. - The page's own request settings: the market, app and language headers, and the anti-forgery (CSRF) token, that the Backstage page itself sends with its requests. The Bridge reads them so its check request looks exactly like the page's own. The CSRF token is used only inside that page, kept in memory, and never sent anywhere else.
- The eligibility check's answer for each TikTok username asked about: whether Backstage knows the creator, the creator's eligibility and representation status codes, whether invitation types are available, and the creator's TikTok user ID and related flags, exactly as Backstage returns them.
- The Bridge's window state (for example, minimized), so the Agent can tell the person if the window needs to be restored.
3. Information the Bridge never accesses or sends
- TikTok or Backstage passwords, login details or verification codes.
- Session cookies or any cookie other than the market routing cookie described above. The Bridge reads no cookie values beyond that market code, and sends no cookies anywhere.
- Browsing history, other tabs, other websites, keystrokes, form contents, or the person's everyday Edge profile. The Bridge exists only in the dedicated TikAgencies profiles.
- Location, contacts, files, or device identifiers.
4. Where the information goes
- To the TikAgencies Agent on the same PC only. The Bridge talks to the Agent through Microsoft Edge's native messaging, a direct local connection that doesn't use the internet. The Bridge sends nothing to any server itself.
- From the Agent to the agency's TikAgencies account. The Agent sends the eligibility results and the market codes to the agency's own TikAgencies workspace at tikagencies.com, over an encrypted connection. They are stored for that agency only and are never visible to other agencies. How TikAgencies stores and protects that information is described in the TikAgencies Privacy Policy (tikagencies.com/privacy).
- Nothing is sent to analytics, advertising, or data-broker services. We do not sell or rent this information, and we don't use it for anything other than the agency's creator recruiting in TikAgencies.
5. Storage and retention in the browser
The Bridge keeps nothing in the browser after Edge closes. It holds the page's request settings in memory only while the page is open. Results are kept by the agency's TikAgencies account under the TikAgencies Privacy Policy; an agency can ask us to delete them.
6. Who uses the Bridge
The Bridge is for staff of agencies that use TikAgencies and are authorized to use their agency's LIVE Backstage account. It is not intended for children. The creators whose usernames an agency checks are not users of the Bridge; we process the eligibility information about them on the agency's behalf.
7. Security
- The Bridge contains no remote code: everything it runs is included in the extension reviewed by Microsoft.
- It only answers requests from the TikAgencies Agent on the same PC. The Agent only accepts a Bridge from its own dedicated profiles.
- Before and after every check, the page's market must be confirmed in three ways (visible label, market setting and routing cookie). Otherwise nothing is checked or stored.
8. Your choices
You can remove the Bridge at any time from Edge's Extensions page in the dedicated TikAgencies window, or by uninstalling the TikAgencies Agent for Windows and choosing to remove its data. Agencies can ask us about, correct or delete the information in their TikAgencies account using the contact details below.
9. Changes
If the Bridge starts accessing or sending different information, we will update this policy, and the extension listing where required, before that version is published.
