The TikAgencies Browser Bridge connects the TikAgencies Agent for Windows to your agency's own LIVE Backstage page, so TikAgencies Recruiting can show which TikTok LIVE creators are eligible for your agency. It runs Backstage's read-only eligibility check in your logged-in page. It never sends invitations, and never clicks or types in the page.
What you need
- A TikAgencies agency workspace with Recruiting.
- A Windows 10 or 11 PC with Microsoft Edge and the TikAgencies Agent for Windows (Owners and Admins download it from TikAgencies → Recruiting → Setup).
- Your agency's LIVE Backstage account.
Setting it up
- Install the TikAgencies Agent and connect it to your agency with the one-time pairing code from Recruiting → Setup.
- The Agent opens a dedicated TikAgencies Edge window for each Backstage market your agency uses (US+, LATAM or both).
- In each of those windows, click Install Browser Bridge in the Agent, then Get → Add extension. Install it only in the TikAgencies windows, not in your everyday Edge.
- Log in to LIVE Backstage in that window and choose its market once in Backstage's top bar.
- The Agent shows Ready when the market is confirmed. Leave the windows open; the Agent reopens them after a restart.
If something isn't working
- "Browser Bridge not connected": make sure the Bridge is installed and turned on in that TikAgencies window (Edge → Extensions), then click Restart window in the Agent.
- "Log in to LIVE Backstage": your Backstage session ended. Log in again in that window, including any verification code.
- "Choose LATAM / US+": the window shows another market. Choose the market named in the message in Backstage's top bar.
- "Backstage page not responding": the Agent reloads the page by itself. If the message stays, click Open window and check the page.
- "Bridge update required": Edge updates the Bridge automatically, and the Agent asks Edge for the update right away. If the message stays for more than an hour, click Restart window in the Agent.
In the Agent, Diagnostics → Copy diagnostics gives a report you can send us. It contains no passwords, cookies or creator data.
Privacy
The Bridge works only on live-backstage.tiktok.com, stores no passwords or cookies, has no remote code, and talks only to the TikAgencies Agent on the same PC. Read the full Browser Bridge Privacy Policy.
