1. How to contact us
Email us at team@crushliveagency.com. We answer every request by email. To help us answer quickly, please include:
- the email address you use to sign in to TikAgencies;
- your agency's name and, for the creator app, your TikTok username;
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- for app problems, your device (iPhone or Android), its system version and a screenshot if possible.
We will never ask for your password.
2. What we can help with
- Account: signing in, resetting your password, invitations from your agency, and your profile.
- App: the TikAgencies creator app for iPhone and Android, and the agency workspace on the web.
- Technical: errors, notifications, chat and anything that isn't working as expected.
- General: questions about TikAgencies, your data or this site.
3. Delete your account
You can delete your creator app account in the app (Profile → Delete account). See how to delete your account for all options, what is deleted and what may be kept.
